These are the words that M.A. Engineering, Inc. lives by. Our team's work is a reflection of these ideals. Mustapha Assi established MA Engineering firm in Las Vegas in 1999. Since then it grew into one of the leading structural engineering firm in the nation specializing in seismic analysis, as well as structural behavior of buildings under high wind conditions such as hurricanes. Mustapha has been involved as a team leader for mega casino/hotel/resort projects in California, Louisiana, and other states. We continue to work on a wide variety of projects, not only in Las Vegas and the state of Nevada, but throughout the nation.

We pride ourselves in providing the design of structure which maximizes the use of materials while still minimizing the structural construction cost. Our personnel are experienced in working with, and responding to, the requirements of the architect and contractors with whom we work. We take great pride in the fact that we maintain the continuity of the team effort.

Mustapha Assi, principal of the Company, and Mark Lindahl, office production manager, established M.A. Engineering, Inc. in March 1999 after working together for over 12 years at the office of Martin & Peltyn Structural Engineers in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Since the opening of M.A. Engineering, Inc. the Company has grown into a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in structural engineering consulting. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality of design and timely service at the most competitive price. We take pride in maintaining the continuity of our team effort as we strive to deliver services unparalleled within the industry. We continue to work on a wide variety of projects not only in Nevada but also throughout the United States.

Our work experience includes structural design and analysis for a variety of condo, hotel/casino, institutional, commercial, residential and parking structures. The design experience encompasses structural design of steel, concrete, composite steel-concrete, post-tensioned concrete, timber, and masonry for low-rise and high-rise buildings, with emphasis in seismic analysis as well as structural behavior of building under hurricane wind loads. Our company has been involved in design of casino/resort's in California, which are known for high seismic zone, as well as in Mississippi and Louisiana, areas known for high wind speed zone and special soil conditions that require a deep foundation system.

Our highly qualified staff, 2 Ph.D. engineers, 3 licensed structural engineers, 7 licensed professional engineers, 5 senior draft persons, in addition to a 3 technical support staff, give our firm the ability to keep up to date with the state-of-the-art computer analysis programs to optimize our design and production capability.
